Mismo (2010)

Mismo helps companies hire, onboard, and nurture engineering teams in Latin America. Mismo has helped 100s of companies in North America hire contract and FTE engineers in the US and Latam.

SchoolMint (2013)

Helps preK-12 schools in the US attract, enroll, and retain students. SchoolMint works with 20,000+ prek-12 schools in the US and has 250+ employees in the US, LatAm, and Europe. BV Investment Partners, a private equity firm with $7+ Billion under management, purchased a majority stake in SchoolMint. Since then SchoolMint has merged with / acquired several companies like HeroK12, SmartChoice, SchoolRunner, Whetstone Education, and BrightMinds, offering the only strategic enrollment platform for prek-12 schools. Since June 2019, Bryan MacDonald is the CEO, and I am the Chairman of the Board.

Enable Us (2020)

By 2025 – Most Business-to-business (B2B) transactions like Buying, Selling, and Customer Onboarding will feel the same as Business to Consumer(B2C) transactions today – asynchronous, delightful, and quick. We are helping companies prepare for that using our Digital Sales Room and Buyer Enablement Platform. I served as the co-founder and CEO of Enable Us from 2020-2023. Some Interesting Enable Us Stats:

• Over $6 billion of deals processed across 17,000+ digital sales rooms
• 35,000+ sellers and buyers collaborate in Enable Us across 120+ countries
• More than 49,000 rich media assets curated and tracked

Enable Us was acquired by MindTickle, a leader in Sales Readiness and Revenue Enablement used by the largest companies in the world, like Cisco, RackSpace, and many others, in April 2023.
